Terms of Use

Who operates this site, what the information you will find here is for, and what it is not. In plain language, with no fine print.

Who operates this site

This page is effective as of September 2026.

This site is operated by me, Veronica Yeary, Texas-licensed REALTOR® TREC #611553, with the brokerage All City Real Estate DFW, office at 2340 Justin Rd #201, Highland Village, TX 75077.

I am a real estate agent licensed by the State of Texas and I work under that brokerage. By using this site, you accept what this page says.

What this site is and what it is not

This site exists to explain how I work and to give you useful information about buying and selling a home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Nothing you read here is legal, tax, financial, or lending advice. I am a real estate agent, not an attorney, not an accountant, and not a lender. For those questions you need to talk with someone who holds that license, and I am glad to recommend someone.

Reading this site, filling out a form, or writing to me does not yet create a representation relationship between you and me. In Texas, that relationship begins when we sign a written agreement, and until then either of us can decide not to move forward. That is there for your protection as much as mine.

What I describe here is my general way of working. Every home and every family brings its own situation, and the specifics of your case we go over with you.

Property and market information

The properties shown on this site are my own listings, and the information comes from the local MLS system.

That information can change and can be delayed. A home can sell, come off the market, or change price before the page gets updated, and a detail such as square footage, year, or lot boundaries may come from a record I did not personally review.

So nothing you see here is guaranteed to be accurate. Before making a decision that involves money, confirm it with me directly, and in a purchase it is also verified through the inspection, the title, and the appraisal, which is exactly what they are for.

When this site adds full MLS search, that part will be handled by the provider that connects it and will be governed by the rules the MLS sets for displaying that information. This page will be updated when that happens.

Using this site

The text, design, and brand of this site are mine or belong to whoever licensed them to me.

You can read the site, share a link, and use the information for your own decisions. What you may not do is copy the content to publish it somewhere else, or extract it automatically to build another site or feed another service.

Property photos deserve a separate note: in real estate those photos usually belong to the photographer or to the brokerage that has the listing, not to me, even if they appear here. That is why they cannot be reused.

If you want to use something from this site for another purpose, ask me. I almost always say yes.

Equal housing opportunity

I comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and with the fair housing laws of the State of Texas.

In plain words, that means I serve everyone equally. I do not change how I work, what I teach you, or how I treat you because of your race, color, origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, whether you have children, or a disability.

This site is built so it can be used with a screen reader and with a keyboard, because accessibility is also part of fair housing.

If you ever feel that something here does not live up to this, I want to know. Write to me.

Governing law and changes

This site is operated by an agent licensed by the State of Texas, from an office in Texas, for Texas clients. It is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

My activity as an agent is regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). TREC requires that a consumer receive two notices, the Consumer Protection Notice and the Information About Brokerage Services. I give them to you in their official format when we start working together, as the law requires.

This page may change. When it does, the date at the top changes with it, and what applies will be what is posted here on that day.

If you have a question about anything on this page, call me at 469-441-8890 or email me at veronica@veronicayeary.com. I would rather answer you than leave you wondering.

Frequently asked questions

Are you my agent if I fill out the form?

Not yet. In Texas, that relationship begins when we sign a written agreement, and until then either of us can decide not to move forward. That protects you as much as it protects me.

Is the property information guaranteed?

No. It can change and can be delayed, and some details come from records I did not personally review. Before deciding anything that involves money, confirm it with me.

Is this legal advice?

No. I am a real estate agent, not an attorney, accountant, or lender. For those questions you need to talk with someone who holds that license, and I am glad to recommend someone.

Can I use the photos or text from this site?

The text is mine, and the property photos usually belong to the photographer or to the listing brokerage, so they are not reused. If you want to use something, ask me: I almost always say yes.

Which law applies?

Texas law. I am licensed in Texas, the office is in Texas, and I serve Texas clients. My activity is regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
